Ross Heatley was engaged as a Town Planner for my family property company on 2 x projects. I found Ross’s service delivery to be very professional, efficient and effective. He was very punctual in all meetings, kept us informed of all matters he was responsible in overseeing, worked in a friendly, professional and coordinated manner with various consultants in our projects. He was able to successfully obtain the outcomes that we set to achieve. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ross to any prospective client.
