Initially submitted development application as Risksmart.

With the involvement of theDepartment of Transport and Main Roads, and due to substantial proposed site cover of 65% (standard being 50%), Council insisted change to Code Assessment.

Ross Heatley negotiated for approval of a radical, inspired design utilising alternative solutions for site cover, landscaping and boundary setback.

Ross Heatley relied on particularly supportive work from project architect Aaron Beattie.
