Development application via Risksmart to extend one of two dwellings on the site.
Building is to be extended to include a garage where vehicle is shown – with additional floorspace over. Existing garage area to be converted to living space.
Ross Heatley identified that the existing Building Unit Plan showed the existing garage to be on Common Property and advised client to obtain legal advice on title issues.
Ross Heatley liaised with solicitor appointed and facilitated smooth outcome.
